Effective date: June 15, 2026

1. License Grant

Upon full payment, you receive a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the ERP software for your internal business operations, up to the user/branch limits of your selected plan.

2. Delivery

License keys are sent to your registered email within 24 hours after payment confirmation. For manual bank transfers, delivery begins after funds clear.

3. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the software remain with Infusionics. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the software.

4. Subscription & Renewal

Yearly licenses auto‑expire. You will receive renewal reminders 30 days before expiry. Non‑renewal leads to deactivation after a 7‑day grace period.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the software.
